Natural ventilation has a myriad of benefits including removal of stale or contaminated air. Removal of heat build up in summer months. Prevention of mould growth in winter months. The T500 has been University tested to meet or succeed all relevant BCA Codes. The T500 has also been rated to Region D, cyclonic. Specifications and test results are available as PDF.
The unique design of the Terminator utilises both thermodynamics and aerodynamics to draw hot stale air out of the roof cavity and option of direct ventilation to living areas also.
The Terminator can be installed to all types of roofs including tiled, metal or aluminium roofs. The variable pitch throat design allows easy adjustment to suit flat or steep roofs unto a 45 degree pitch.
